Z-Visa...do you think this visa bill just basically supports.?

the continuously growing populations of illegals and discourages those who have been patiently waiting in line, spending so much money for numbers of applications trying to follow/ obey the immigration law to become legal?

I just don't get it. It's not that I'm totally against illegals (though I disagree with the way they get away with things.) but this Z-visa just throw me off. It is too easy, comparing to those honest immigrants who try to do the right thing. What kind of message they are sending here? What do you think?

Answer:
yes I do, I think it is a slap in the face to our legal immigrants. What's the z visa going to do anyway? It too will expire, they still won't go home and the problem continues to grow with no solution in sight.

Yeah, it's virtually impossible for me to go out, rob a bank and get away with it too, that doesn't mean I rob the bank anyway and then whine that any punishment is unfair because the country didn't have laws that let me walk right in and take the money.

I agree that it makes it too easy, and brushes off the fact that those that are here ILLEGALLY have been breaking our laws.

If we go into a foreign country and break their laws WE WILL BE PUNISHED. Why shouldn't we treat those that do the same to us the same way.

We have a path for immigrants to come to the states legally.

I heard an interesting point of view the other day when someone was making the comment that illegal immigrants do the work Americans won't for less money. The reason Americans won't do this work is because WE PAY THEM MORE TO BE ON WELFARE THAN THEY WOULD MAKE WORKING THESE MENIAL JOBS.

Wouldn't you rather get paid for doing nothing rather than working in a labor job??
Your right! We have lost control of our country by sitting on our
butts doing nothing. e-mail your senators and reps. and tell them what you think.http://www.congress.org/congressorg/home...
No I don't.Because if you look at the immigration laws, NO ONE can enter on their own merit, unless you have a lot of money or a brilliant doctor, etc.Only other ways is through marriage or family..My husband was only able to come here legally via my sponsorship of him.We are not patiently waiting, he was approved immediately because we had the funds and were able to navigate through all the paper work.My husband is an honest immigrant, only because I was able to step up and sponser him.He did it the right way, but that doesn't negate the fact that many CANNOT come here legally. Its virtually impossible...
