The government - Food Stamps/Welfare must use a different scale for the NON AMERICAN.
The normal WHITE BORN IN THE USA American DON'T get the benefits the immigrants get!
PLUS they don't have to pay TAXES for 7 yrs of living the USA.
They get all the advantages of being in the USA AND WE PAY FOR IT!
that is sad to hear that. where i live (northern NJ) the puerto ricans are actually fairly well off. many puerto ricans also live in queens and the bronx, so i can only assume that the ones living there are dirt poor since those places are dumps. But i've never noticed any extreme poverty coming from puerto ricans and i've been all around essex, morris, and bergen counties. they also know english too. perhaps i am only seeing the wealthy ones though, i dunno.

Bleeding heart liberals. We are becoming more socialist every day. Welfare and food stamps are good if limited for the unemployed on track to get a job. As soon as people on welfare are able to get a job that gives them more money than food stamps they will work. The problem is the system. Did you know that a mother and her child can receive more welfare if she is not married? Tell me how that helps keep a family together!!! Maybe it is a way for America to have a permanent lower class to buy the crap that the big corporations sell (e.g. bling bling, expensive clothes, etc...). The welfare system keeps kids in bad schools which breed stupid kids who have more stupid kids on welfare. It is a horrible circle. It was a great idea ruined by politicians who are so far out of touch with reality. Did you know less than 1% of Americans are millionars but almost every member of congress is a millionare? We need to vote out these career politicians who attempt to appease the vocal minority in this country.

do U know American cars are shitty. 1st just one drives an escale doesn't buying mean they all do, but buying a used American luxury car/ SUV doesn't mean spending a lot. Town Cars are only worth 19% on avg. the sale value after 5 years.

2) Not all on welfare are lazy
i grew up to a white mom on welfare. my step dad beat my mom. when they split my mom had three kids. she went from working class to dirt poor N a small job actually meant no time to raise her kids N not enough money for food and no health care. By mom not working she was able to be there for us. When she did get the chance she went to college. But my mom wasn't lazy or bad person, and she is not the only women that was on or is on because they are lazy.
3) Puerto Ricans are not immigrants to the dummies who think they are. Puerto Rico is part of the US
Is not only the PR, believe me, but you should go to your next DSS office and ask about the rules for being eligible for a food stamp card, that is basis on their wages, even if you work you can qualify for food stamps, They have a table available in their office, you can look for it, the fact that a people use the FS don't mean that they don't have money or they dint work that mean they qualify for receive it, maybe you qualify too. In my case I work but I still being eligible for FS, just 200, but I'm not stealing nothing that is my right , since the PR are US citizen they have to pay taxes too, just like me, they took me of about 300 in taxes and I have three kids and of course I'm PR.
