What type of visa is the best, fastest way to bring a future wife to the u.s.?

we're both of se asian descent, but i am a legal u.s. citizen. would getting a finace visa, then getting married in the states be faster, or getting married there and filing for a spousal visa? what are the requirements and about how long for each process until she could come to the u.s.? any advice is appreciated =D

Answer:
Apply for the K1 as if you get married before you will need an NSO marriage certificate which could take 4 to 8 weeks to get. Here is the process for a K1 Visa

(You will need to do this)
I-129F
G-325A for both of you 2X2 two of each of you
Passport pictures
Petitioners Birth Certificate
Proof of relationship and meeting like hotel and airline receipts, phone bills, photocopy of passport stamps when you met visited her
description how you met

(She will need this)
NSO birth record
NSO Cenomar
NBI Clearance
Police Clearance
CFO Certificate
Philippine Passport
Then when she receives her visa package
Call for her interview date
Get her medical
get her CFO stamp in her passport

The best advice for you is to go back to your own country, get married there, and build a life for yourselves among your own people.
Fiancee is a K-1 and wife is a K-3. They both take about the same time to process.
The Mexican border Visa. From my understanding, you two can be having dinner together by sundown tomorrow! But you had better hurry! In the next 30 to 50 years, about 1/3 of that border might be about 1/3 fenced. After all, America's politicians are committed to making it happen.
i agree with faulty...stop being so concerned with bringing illegals to the US and invest your energy with removing yourself from our country.
You may want to consult with an immigration lawyer. When my bro married a girl from the Ukraine he had a lot of problems bringing her into the country and ended up getting an attorney. The whole process for him took over 2 years. Maybe it was because of the country she lived in. Sorry I can't help you.

Ignore ignorant people on here. They have never ventured outside their own neighborhoods so they fear the unfamiliar.
Listen, don't pay any attention to those ignorant and rude people. You, as a US citizen, have exactly the SAME rights they have. So don't let that bother you. They're pathetic. Shame on them.

Now to the point: It's much better if you get married in the US. If you marry abroad it's going to take much longer.

Now, the best thing you can do is apply for a K-1 visa for your fiancée.

Go to this website:

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/m...

Do a search (upper right) for 'fiance'. It will give you all the information. It won't allow me to send the link to you, so you must find it.

Try to follow the instructions very closely. Once your fiance is here, you can get married right away and everything is going to be easier than having your wife living abroad while you are trying to get her into the country.

Good luck!
.
faulty and rob, what is your point? you say that to an american citizen you racist xenophobes? get a job!

as for the answer, just apply for ones that were mentioned above and there is another one...CR-1 i think it is called, but that link given above will help clear things up for you. you may want to get a lawyer to help with the details and remember, fees skyrocket at the end of this month. (they got from $170 to $400 something) good luck.
Hi,

You can find all types of info related to visa and immigration on http://www.guideforbetterlife.com... . Good luck!
If you are an american citizen fiancee visa is the best. Be sure that you are in the US and your fiancee in their country when you apply for a fiancee US visa. And also be sure that you have met her in person already before you apply. And take photos with her in her country and letters from you to her should be presented. Best Wishes.
