as for the answer, just apply for ones that were mentioned above and there is another one...CR-1 i think it is called, but that link given above will help clear things up for you. you may want to get a lawyer to help with the details and remember, fees skyrocket at the end of this month. If you are an american citizen fiancee visa is the best. Be sure that you are in the US and your fiancee in their country when you apply for a fiancee US visa.
