I have a UK student visa and want to leave my place of study, do I have to leave UK or can I find a new school

The contract I signed (and paid £3000 for) has been breached as we are being forced to work in poor conditions as part of the programme, I have asked to leave but have been told I will be reported to the home office. I would like to find a new place to study, can i do this wit a student visa or do i have to stay where I am?

Answer:
I think if you look for a new place to study.. then see if it would be possible for you to study there.. you could approach the Home Office yourself and apply to change establishments.. If you are here legally then you have nothing to fear.. I think the Home Office would be interested in the establishment you are at.. If they are obtaining fee's and not up to scratch, they themselves could be in trouble if they were reported to the Education Authorities.

If they give you trouble.. there is always the news papers..
