I-130 child petitions expired?

Hello just wondering about this questions,i have kids in the philippines that i've petitions a couple of years ago,but did nothng to it,and now its already expired..what do i do now? i want my kids to come here already,calld n.v.c they said petitions papers already expired..pls help.thanks

You have to start over again with new petition, make sure the children want to come here before you spend the time and money.
You may try to call National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283 and see what they say.
