Now that the Immigration bill has been defeated we must go on the offensive!?
Demand tougher legislation on the guest worker program. Demand a crack down and overhaul of the corrupt on the H1b worker program.
Demand tougher penalties for businesses that hire illegals. Demand that our boarders be guarded like they should be in the first place.
Demand an end to outsourcing.
Down with Aztlan!
Answer:
I'm with you on this one. I haven't stopped calling my senators because the bill didn't pass. We need to stay on them and let them know that it's still an issue.
question?
Amen- I was so stressed about that bill, and that it could have been passed. What were they thinking? Allowing amnesty to all those millions of illegals. Blah
We need to build the fence and start deporting now.

Also demand Deportation and bar the law breakers from ever getting citizenship.
now that that the bill has been defeated I will go to every pro-immigration rally
that I can & inform everyone who is neutral on this issue
next time, ask a question
Yes. We must keep coordinated.
Numbers USA and many other organizations are taking action at this point. We don't want illegal criminals in our country!
Enough is enough. Tighten security in the border, send people who employ illegal criminals to jail, deport the ones already here and if they return put them in jail and make them WORK there for a living.
Enough is enough.
I think we should keep pounding the lawmakers with demands for them to do something positive about the immigration problem and let them know if they do not do something quickly their time is running out at the polls.
Only if we stay after them will they take notice.
Both Hillary and Obama voted FOR this bill. Keep that in mind in 08
Offensive...its that means you are going to go and get a job??
Yes, we must continue our efforts.
Demand the border be secured.
Demand enforcement.
Demand all of your ideas.
In regards to those illegal aliens who are promoting Aztlan, taking over America, disrupting peaceful protests by Americans, burning our flag or flying it upside down, they have no citizens right of protest. Those actions should be condemned as hate crimes. Any Americans who do those things should be ashamed for abusing the First Amendment and if they incite or participate in violence while promoting Aztlan and illegal aliens they should also be charged with a hate crime.

The above laws happen to be the Immigration Laws of MEXICO.
We need to take all necessary measures to enforce our existingt laws Our system should on par with Mexico's immagration laws. H1b visas should only be issued if there is no one to fill the job. A guest worker system should be operated as it is named, the workers are guests only not residents.
The arguments for or against the amnesty bill are generally unqualified arguments. There were some good points in the bill and some bad points; to determine if the bill was good or bad a person would have to read and fully understand the impact of it becoming law. Most senators and congressmen by their own admission had not taken time to read through it but rather had their aids brief them on the contents. I do not think this is what we sent them to office for. Some senators and congressmen did take time to study the bill and some made good recommendations for change; some bad recommendations also. Giving amnesty to illegals and the time allowed requiring employers to ensure legal status of employees was the worst part of the bill and had it not been for that part the bill may have been passed. Those who pushed the bill knowing the bad parts should never be allowed back in office. One I have always respected and supported has lost my respect and vote. He was one of the major democratic pushers of the bill. It was so obvious that his interest was for big business more than it was for the good of the country.
