I would llike to immagrate into the Commonwealth of Dominica...?

I am an American Citizen and hold no animoity what soever for this Great Nation. However I am wondering, what I would have to do to be able to legally immagrate to Dominica?

file an application with the Embassy, and once approved go there.
I don't know, right off hand, however - I would rethink my choice of carribean islands if I were you. There is a lot of unrest and crime in the Dominican Republic at this time.
