COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Maury County deputies and federal agents are looking for a man who is accused of raping a 15-year-old girl only hours after being released from jail.
Juan Villa, 24, has been in the Maury County Jail 11 times since 2001 on charges of assault, public intoxication, driving without a license and contempt of court.
He was released from jail on $1,000 bail on Friday at about 9:45 p.m. and is suspected of raping the 15-year-old shortly after midnight. During the investigation, a 13-year-old girl also told deputies she was raped by Villa, Sheriff Enoch George said.
Detective Jerry Williams said Villa knew the 15-year-old but the two were not close.
Villa is suspected of being in the country illegally and George said the department had contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement about him before he was released from jail but the federal agents said they would deal with him later.

After doing something like that and being in jail 11 times and he is illegal the sick Son of a Bit*h should be put to death.

A black man shot my son and one of his friends over the weekend in Columbia,TN. I am not angry at black people, nor him anymore, for that matter. My son survived, thank God.

I did not mention the person being illegal, since the crime really does not have anything to do with that fact. I do think he should have been kept in jail, and deported. The real problem with that is, next week he would be back if he wanted to. Columbia is just crawling with illegal aliens. The same is true of the town I live in nearby.
I lived in AZ 4 years, I did not go there with an attitude about illegals, but I sure as heck left with one. There was a reason for this too. Their blatent disregard for our laws, and culture. While I have met many fine Mexican people, the fact is, most of them were legal. I wonder if that fact has made any difference in how these folks conduct themselves here?
