Im separated but not annuled,my boyfriend wants me to follow him in state what visa do i need to get?
Answer:
Better to ask what visa you can't get - a K-1 (fiancee visa) or a K-3 (spouse visa) - for obvious reasons. You could try for a B1/B2 visit visa, but it would legally only allow you to remain temporarily. Then of course there is the F-1 (student visa), the H1b (skilled worker visa), etc., for longer stays.
Look for the website of the US foreign mission closest to you for more details.
you are going to have a rough road to go , you can get annul ed, and then get a espousal visa, or a fiancee visa and both will be checked to see if you are married or? or you may be able to get a work visa if you qualify , at this time if you are a nurse or in the medical field it is easier,or if you can invest a small fortune you can get a l visa ,you are probable from the Philippines , Ihave my g.f. there and have been fighting them for almost 1 1/2 years and don't seem to be any closer than when we started, good luck, a good immigration atty, is your best bet
That depends on how long you want to stay in the U.S.
