Obviously there are more whites then Blacks in the US....but clearly there is a far higher percentage of Blacks living in poverty than compared to White...or Hispanic population.
Hispanics I would say only because of the illegals that are here.
Native Americans per capita demographically,, but in total number white, black, and hispanic are almost a dead heat,,,,,but counting illegals,,then hispanics would be highest I believe

this is kind of complicated, simply because hispanics can be from any race, it's more of a cultural distinction...at least that's how the census counts it.
but from their website this is what i got:

Followed very closely by people calling themselves hispanic at 21 - 22%%
Asian americans are at around 11%
then whites at 8 - 9%.

Nationwide , 17% children live in poverty (12 million ) . I couldn't find anything on which ethnicity was the poorest that made any sense to me .

I cant see how the figures could be correct on Hispanics because the Hispanic illegal aliens were not/could not be counted so the numbers are not true.
