How can one get a job in Canada when employers keep asking for canadian experience?

They do not hire American's in Canada.,, unless you have amazing canadian references or are extremely lucky. All jobs state that you must have Canadian experience. Doesn't that make your blood boil? Not that I'd ever want to go live in Canada, but it makes me really mad that I could never become a citizen of Canada if I wanted to and I could never get a job in Canada. I can think of 10 Canadians right now, off the top of my head, that live in the US and are earning US wages and receiving US education. They all always talk crap about the US and say that they will never become an American citizen. The government should take away their Visa's and ship their butts back to Canada.
