Hahahaha, that's right,he did say in a very cocky manner "see you at the bill signing". Looks like he shouldn't have ASSumed he would get his way.

I really had a problem with Bush going to his Hispanic prayer breakfast with Ted. I think they had intended to celebrate and his hopes were dashed the first time the bill came up.I would have a little more faith in him if he had gone to an American Legion pancake breakfast.
