When amnesty passes will you apply to get another identity and all the benefits the illegals will get?
Since there will be NO real checking of the identities or a true background investigation, the government will accept (according to the bill) the word of the illegal and two non-relative affividavits.
So will US citizens (who have something to hide) claim to be illegals so they can "start over?"
Is there any reason NOT to get a second identity?
Think of the massive loans that you can default on with the new identity!

First of all don't be to sure it will pass. There are many loud voices being raised as to the real reason behind this massive "give away" of the rights and privileges that the legal citizens of this nation have fought to gain and maintain. This plan is fraught with the open opportunity for deceit,corruption and total misuse. Its just like opening the gates of a prison and giving each prisoner the keys to the city. While some released prisoners become law abiding the majority just become more greedy,more skilled at their crimes and take everything in sight without exception. Why not, there is no fail safe in this amnesty,and it is amnesty no matter what supporters try to call it. Here in Las Vegas we are not going to simply play dead and watch this great nation be looted by a group of people that are by definition law breakers. To get amnesty you have to have committed an offense of some kind, other wise its not called amnesty is it ?
They will get these benefits the same way they get them now .They will lie .Don't be so naive, there is no way they can check the background of every person. The system is already over taxed by the legal applications . Add 20 million and what do you think it will become? A rubber stamp that's all.
Well let's see, what benefits are they going to get,No citizenship so,no benefits such as,voting,welfare,food stamps,free health care,federal loans,federal grants,don't know where you got they will be making out so good.Obviously not from the bill.Because the bill specifically states what I just did.Also they WILL be given a background check from here and their home country.The background check may take several months.They also will have fingerprinting done for the new electronic visa system.So if you've been in Military or in trouble with law that blows you getting a new identity besides the fact you wouldn't have documentation from the other country you're claiming to be from.Any other questions?

There will not only be finger printing but DNA databases added. Your only true signiture you can not change is the DNA match which CIA is working with INS to make sure there is a fail proof umbrella for the identity issue. And as I have stated before - those of you that think that all illegals come here to live off Welfare and crap are wrong - those that are abusing the govt living assistance programs and systems can because there has been no updating in laws and regulations to prove other wise. Our state in NC has put criteria for assistance with proof of visa/SS# validation. To get proof of SS# validation you must bring proof from the SS Commission office in your county and get a notarized or certified proof of your validity or you will be denied. No passports are ok'd as proof and Visas need to accompany a notorized document from INS that the Visa/Greencard number is valid and a contact number to verify. They have the ability to go to internet to back check all applicants. I would ask your state why they do not have it or why this regulation and law has not been implemented. Remember, big brother is watching.... DNA now microchip later.
Poodle, there is also the ITIN which a pro illegal emailed me about and bragged how she helped the illegals get this and helped them get benefits with it.
