It is a matter of the law. The laws are made and clear that coming to the US illegally is a crime. Not always enforced and often ignored. If you commit a crime there are consequences. If we make exceptions for criminals the whole system has to receive Amnesty alike. The criminals are going to get off without a price to pay for breaking the law. It is unfair to single out one type of criminal and set them free. Why are we treating the illegals with a different standard.
