I am on a visit visa. One company has obtained an employment visa for me. I do not want to continue with them. I have not yet done my medical and other formalities. Though they have obtained employment visa for me, is there any problem for me to obtain employment visa from other Company in UAE. Please advise.
Answer:
You cannot able to apply for another visa until your present employer has not canceled the existing visa. If you got any other offer from somewhere else, they can only submit your visa application to the Ministry of Labor for the initial approval. Your application will be rejected from the immigration dept.
So, you have to ask your present employer to cancel the visa, prior to applying for a new one. Since the visa has not been stamped in your passport there is no ban (no entry).
