Why is "illegal" such a tough concept?
Answer:
Many people like to claim that "they have just as many rights as you do!" or, "they're human, why not let them stay?" It's simple - We are a nation of laws.
America is 'based' on legal immigration, NOT illegal.
The overcrowding of hospitals and public services, schools filling up with ESL students, individuals who can't speak one word of English, let alone know much about American history or care to respect it.
If you're here illegal, I want you OUT. It's not about being racist, xenophobic, fascist, or a bigot - It's about respecting the policy of our nation, and wanting AMERICANS TO COME FIRST IN OUR OWN COUNTRY.
Foreigners come second place.
immigration = good
illegal immigration = very bad and should be deported
not a difficult concept at all.
That's low, unintelligent reasoning. The law was created to control the population, not to take stupid measures. Do you know what would happen if we deport 12 million people?? DO YOU? I'm not just talking about the jobs either. I would research and study a little more before making a statement as incoherent as that.
I dont think its a very goot law if over 13 million people have to break it...might have a couple of loopholes here and there
Yes, anyone that breaks laws should be punished by those very laws. NOT one person should be above them. Enforce the laws already.
No law is written in STONE!
It's not a tough concept. Secure our borders. Deport those who are here illegally, and impeach/recall any politician who fails to serve the will of the CITIZENS of this country.
Beause your big profit companies put out the demand, Its a simple law of supply and demand, and no amount of belly aching can change that, the reality
That’s a good question that you seem to have answered yourself, and I agree with your answer. We are a sovereign Nation that most of the rich pricks running it have forgotten reason the more people you have here the less the corporate scum have to pay in wages.
We as a nation can deport the people here illegally at well and the rich corporate scum no this so they need a guess worker program so they don’t have to pay a good wage to American Citizens that well demand it.
“They work hard and assimilate” some yes but most no they don’t get real NABINDU. The first smart thing to come out of Arnold’s mouth in two years was ‘turn off the Spanish speaking television”.
seximexi
if they are here unlawfully in the USA then they must leave the country and go back from were they came from, and if they wish to return get in the back of the line and wait there turn.

Automatic amnesty for Cubans as soon as they touch US soul, now this is BS it needs to be stopped if Cuba is so screwed up these people need to stay there and fight to fix it. The United States of America when under British rule We as a people said no more well are Government Britain screw us! It took almost twenty years but we won.
Now you Mexicans that are being screwed by your Mexican Government why can’t you ignore the propaganda sent out Mexican Government and band together return to Mexico and kick your governments a*s and hang them?
It's not a tough concept at all. They just don't want to accept it.
Has it occured to you that the law may be bad? There have been plenty of bad laws. What good does the current immigration law accomplish?
There is an economic supply and demand for those immigrants. The legal immigration process is a horrible bureacratic nightmare. Creating a system that impedes what would be a normal free-market process is bound to have the effect that we are seeng.
The controversial issue of current senate immigration bill is how to deal with the 20 millions illegal aliens in our country. Many ppls call those illegals are crimanls, but my question is do they really deserve to be treated as hard core criminals? From my understanding, many of them are even more productive than some native U.S. Citizens. They work hard and assimilate well with the society. No doubt, they did commit criminal misdemenaor or civil offense for entrying/staying in this country illegally. If legal or illegal statuts are so important to you, do they deserve a 2nd chance for legalization? Here is a very interesting argument. Last year, Sensenbrenner, F. James, introduced a failed bill to make millions of illegal aliens to become felons for breaking immigration laws(Note: Before the introduction of the bill, illegal present in this courtry is civil violation). And one element of that bill is it can apply RETROACTIVELY. By applying the same logic, can the government using the legislative process to grant legal status to those 20-million souls RETROACTIVELY.
Also under the operation of laws, there are certain mechanisms to pardon for past offense or legalized an illegal action in both civil and criminal matters.
Adverse Possession - (Civil)
Statute of Limitation (Both Civil & Criminal)
My point is if our immigration system is in flaw, should we change it and make it works? If hundreds out of millions of people broke a law, I would said it would be just to impose some punnishment to those people. But if we are talking millions out of millions people broke a same law, I would say that must be some flaws within the statutes or the system. Definitely, likes McCain said the status quo is not accetable. And if we sit here and do nothing = silence amnesty.
Besides the illegal aliens, the U.S. should share some of the blame. For the past two decades, the borders are wide open and internal enforcement are lacking; It creates a friendly enviroment for illegals to cross the borders. If we want to call them criminals, may be we should consider our illegal act of "ENTRAPMENT" or "BREACHING OF A IMPLY CONTRACT"
. . .And the skies opened, and truth shone down on the world. . .
Yes!! A person with a grip on reality!! You get the gold star for the night!
That is an amazing piece of intelligent reasoning. Unless of course you are someone who believes we should be able to pick and choose which laws we want to obey.
And hey, if 13 million people say it is OK then it must be OK.
How fricken stupid are you people, a law is a law.
By your refusal to accept this you are hastening the fall of order in America and helping to create Anarchy.
Just remember, when enough of you have made American laws obsolete, the laws protecting your A**s will also be gone. We make up 37% of the population, you make up 4% (do the math).
Most of our politicians, the illegals, CNN, and the illegals enablers have convinced themselves that not only it is fair that they are granted amnesty it's there right
I wish I knew why people are so confused on this subject! This especially the case when the ignorant people call them "undocumented workers." That is REALLY insulting because it makes it sound like they have done nothing wrong. They only misplaced a piece of paper. GEEZE! What a load of BS!
Then there's the illegals themselves with their signs and slogans "We are not criminals!" Yes you are! And Jorge Bush just keeps defending these criminals!
But the corker - Harry Reid call these 20+ million criminals "Undocumented Americans." I couldn't believe that he had the gall to say that! I emailed the weasel and politely "let him have it straight between his beady little eyes!"
NO ITS NOT A TOUGH CONCEPT..
FIRST, SINCE THIS WHOLE ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION THING STARTED ... THE FIRST THING THE GOVERNMENT SAID WAS NO AMNESTY... SO STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT ITS NOT GONNA HAPPEN...
BUILD THE WALL, SECURE THE BORDERS AND GIVE SOME KIND OF LEGALIZATION TO THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN HERE THE LONGEST... COME ON LETS FACE IT IF THE "AMERICANS" REALLY WANTED THE ILLEGALS DEPORTED IT WOULD OF HAPPENED IN 6 TO A YEAR TOPS. THERES PROS AND CONS.
