They should all be kicked out. Many other countries would deal with them in a far more extreme way. Plus legal immigrants should have to be able to speak English and have a useful job.
I am for open borders and no immigration laws. Illegals should not be illegal. We should be able to go wherever we want.

Absolutely! Anyone who hires, houses, or in any other way, helps illegals stay in the United States should be vigorously prosecuted. NO language other than English should be tolerated in public life. The water tanks in the dessert should be shoot full of holes, and a solid wall built alone the entire southern border.

Yes. If people want to travel to and live in a different country, they must do it legally. I'm all for immigration as long as it is done legally.

I am for deportation but I also would like to reform the immigration process to avoid a lot of this mess.
Now besides the fact that it is illegal and by breaking law and then continuing to break law people will always fight against it using the only thing on their side..the dirty mudslinging of racism. When your argument sucks and has little validity you call someone racist and hence you automatically win the argument.
So take the law out of it and should it still happen...yes for disease and environmental reasons. What if some super Ebola virus breaks out and Johnny wants to just stroll right on it and spread it around..is that good and within his rights? No, that is 1 reason for border control. Now what if Johnny is fine and brings an animal that will rip the local ecology to shreds is that ok?...NO it is still wrong and a reason for border control.
This question really only applies to America/Mexico because no one else in the world would bat an eye if other countries enforced their border regulation...The ONLY reason it is an issue here is because for some reason America is responsible for making everyone have happy, heavenly glad life.
Yes, deport them. Illegal = Not legal. Just like breaking into someone's house. You go into someone's home without permission, and you'll be lucky if all that happens if you are caught is that you are shown the door. Millions of people crossing a border without the consent of the people who already live there? That's an invasion. Again, its pretty amazing that illegal immigrants are only deported. Just apply for a visa, and if you can't get one, get over it. I applied for a visa for my husband (an immigrant)....we've dealt with the system, and are doing just fine. How dare illegal immigrants think that they are above the law and can do anything they feel like? That alone is evidence of lack of ability to be a citizen. Go home if you can't follow the law. How about fixing your own country?

Facts are millions of immigrants from other countries, who came to the US to get a better life (like illegals claim they're doing) did not abuse the system like illegals are doing now. Those immigrants became US Citizens, learned to speak English and adapated to the American way of life!! Illegals do not care about American laws or American citizens, they are just here to abuse the system!!
How exactly do you think it will be enforced? The government does not want to spend money on these things. They can't even determine the actual numbers of illegals in the country. It's an estimation. Then, there is big business. Do you not understand that cheap labor is what this nation has made it's fortunes on? From slavery to illegal immigration. You must look at the leadership first. I don't think all illegal immigrants should be deported,as they have their reasons for being here in the first place,i think people should be free to trave where they want to,then there might not be so many illegal people in this country.It's defenitly not right for someone to be deported if they are married to someone in this country or have kids.
