You can be invited to work in the U.S, and your employer might eventually apply for a GreenCard(if you have a GreenCard you can apply for citizenship after several years) on your behalf, this is how my Father got his GreenCard and the rest of his family(not citizens yet but getting there). I know you can also get a citizenship by having refugee status but I'm not totally sure how that works.
First the Green card... after having a green card for 5 years then the citizenship... So first work on the green card...Like work visa for start.
