You forgot New York, Boston, and most of the east coast. If you had ever been to San francisco, San Jose, LA or Phoenix you would know that Mexicans make up the poorest portion of the population of each of theose cities.
Perhaps because these are border cities where historically Mexicans have been living in long before they became part of the U.S.

Being the best is always a subjective things, especially when you don't state your arguments and facts in the first place.
Anyways, I do not agree with few things, first the latin world is dominated by Brazil and not Mexico, actually even Argentina is better suit economically than Mexico, as they are much less corruptions. Also, Mexicans do work hard, but it doesn't mean that they work more intelligently than others, and it doesn't mean that they will enjoy a healthier retirement too...
As for intelligence, this mean absolutely nothing, no race on earth is more clever than another, but WE do have technologies that your country doesn't have and this is enough to economically dominate most of the Latin countries.

Then why is LA begging for federal funding to control the gangs? You forgot Chicago and lets see..they're billions in debt and begging for more state funds to fix their fiasco. They're schools are overcrowded and failing, hospitals are on the brink, jails are on the brink of failing, gangs rule. Hardley heaven on earth. I know many are leaving those cities because of what they've turned in too. Hardly call that bragging rights...Every one of those cities WERE great cities. Not the case anymore.
