A little please?
I think it would have been better if the letter was done by the individual him/her self but the person it not that brilliant and needs help…so can somebody please give me a few hints or an example.

If they are illegal and you abet them, you are compounding the problem. If you want to help, tell them to go home, and reapply legally.
If they have applied and been turned down, then there must have been a good reason to deny.
you can't even write a letter ? you need to go to summer school and get some English classes.
Your letter needs to indicate how long you've known this person, what type of relationship (friend/relative/co-worker), and it needs to point out weather this person is responsible and of good moral conduct. Those are just a couple of the things you can include. Don't forget to use the spell checker before you are done and justify.
