What is the process for changing infant photo on Indian passport? Forms, fee, other documents? HCI is useless.

Hi, I am on a work permit in the Uk since last 4.5 years, my daughter was born in India and has got Indian passport with her infant photograph on it. As i understand this photo on the passport needs be updating before she turns 5. I need full information in terms of forms, fees, and other required documents to do this. Has anyone done this? please HELP!

Go to the local post office (in UK) and get a passport application form. If you pay a small fee they will help you fill it in and will send it for you. All the details are in the application pack.
