How could i request for someone to travel to the US in a fast way?

I'm in the United States Marine Corps and i wanted my sister who is outside this country to come over to my graduation ceremony in about 5 months, so i do need that person to get the visa or immigration permit (whatever that is) within a short time or accelerated pace. Does anyone know if I can do that?

Tell her to contact the nearest U.S. Embassy in whatever country she's in. They will best be able to advise her about getting a visa. A lot of the U.S. embassies in other countries have websites too.

She should have a passport first, though, from her country of nationality.

What country is she travelling from?
If you sister is an American citizen then all she has to do is hop on a plane and fly on in. If she's not an American citizen then she needs to make sure she has a valid passport from her home nation, and applies for a visa to the country she would be traveling (America). That usually doesn't take long, but if she is say from the Philippines, Cuba, Columbia, Vietnam something like that, those countries have a hard time granting leave to the US. Check with your local Congressional District Office and ask to speak to their Immigration Officer.
it depends on what country she is from. some countries takes at least two years of "B.S." before they give an answer on a visa. some just hop on a plane and go. check with the home land security office. And the National Visa Center.
