How can i get and file immigration forms for my husband?
Answer:
Go to www.uscis.gov and download form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. Depending on whether you are a US Citizen or Resident Alien , it takes between 2-8 years. Good luck.
call immigration, or are you trying to break the law? call FBI or maybe they already know.
look up for immigration & naturalization services in a city telephone book under government offices, the forms are free and there is a help window to direct you to the right forms. i did this for my son and it was a breeze !!!! the help window will even tell you what documents your husband must have from the country he is from.

You have a couple of options. The Immigrant visa which requires the filing and approval of an I-130, or the K-3 visa which requires the filing of an I-130 and then the filing and approval of the I-129F. You will find really good guides for filing these petitions at http://www.familybasedimmigration.com/fo... They also have example forms and links to the USCIS official forms that you will need.
This process can be tough especially with no one around to support and understand. Many of us have been there and that is why immigration forums such as the above are wonderful. They offer the resources, links etc as well as the support.
Take care and all the best to you.
In order to answer your question, a legal professional would need to know your current status in the United States. As stated by others, you can file a Petition for Alien Relative (FORM I-130) if you are a permanent resident or a U.S. citizen. If you are not in either of these classifications, please add additional details.
