They wanted to use the fence as a milestone to initiating the visa program. I agree, the fence would have hit a snag, congress would have relaxed the milestone requirement, and it would have been business as usual.
Don't let your guard down. keep faxing and emailing the Congress. They will probably pull one of their nighttime votes, like they do when they want a payraise. Don't trust them. especially Mel Martinez. Two faced liar!

We must all know by now, they are liars! Tell us anything we want to hear but will never follow through with it. Our government is selling us down the river. Until we stand up and be counted and get these clowns out of office, our country is in big trouble.
