I don't beleive it's right especially since so many are using ER's as their private physician. I have been extreemly poor and I never got it for free. I had to make payments for years. God forbid you own anything because they'll toss you in the street if need be. With all the money being sent back to Mexico.....you know people have alot more money than what they're claiming they have. How do we know that they don't own a house or business in Mexico while their abusing the system here? Or have a load of money stuffed in their mattress since so many have no means to track their earnings while ours is all out up front. I know there's fraud going on and it's us who have to pay.
ILLEGALS should get NOTHING in this country,except a ONE-WAY ticket back to where ever they came from!!!
Here in the U.S., we have a federal law called EMTALA (Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act).
This law was passed in 1986 and requires ambulances and hospitals to provide medical treatment to help patients whether they have the ability to pay, or not.
And the ILLEGALS have been ABUSING this law ever since!!!
Living on the southwestern border, i have seen the abuse of this system too many times!!! The ILLEGALS sneak across the border when they are injured/sick, run up THOUSANDS in medical bills, then hot-foot it back across the border till NEXT TIME!!
And,these illegal alien hoe's come over here knocked up,pop out their illigetimate bambino, and NEVER pay their medical bills!!!
This law should be CHANGED to specify LEGAL residents ONLY!!!
