Im working here in qatar and im planning to visit my aunt in the u.s but the problem i dont know where i should start? I want to visit her from here in qatar to U.S. Im a Filipino and is not so easy to acquire visa there in the philippines. I tried two times in the philippines but i was not succeeded for it. What's the best move should i do to see my aunt because i have seen her for almost fifteen years.

If your visa application was refused twice in Manila, it will probably not be approved in Qatar. You are welcome to apply at the nearest US consulate, but don't be surprised if you are refused again.
Not having seen your aunt in fifteen years is not really a strong reason to apply for a US visa, which the consular officers already realize. After all, how many other relatives do you have in the Philippines who you haven't seen in fifteen years or more? If you have a great need to see her, remember that planes fly both ways.
