I was charged with distribution of marijuana and i am in the tps program can i get deported?

Answer:
You sure can !!
It's going to happen soon.
Not if Johnny Sutton is defending you
Yes unless they don't find about it.... which is kind of unlikely b/c its America
If you are guilty, I hope you are.
I believe it all depends on where you live. Her in NC they start deporting you when you REALLY get on their nerves like getting in trouble always. I know in Texas they look for a reason to deport you. So my opinion is STAY OUT OF TROUBLE and you won't have nothing to worry about!

GOOD LUCK : )
I hope so !!!!!

~~~ bad enough you're here illegally ~~~ without poisoning innocent, neglected children ta' boot.
Remember ~~~ every life you help to destroy TODAY, you will HAVE TO PAY FOR TOMORROW !!!
Sure can, if you're illegal and guilty of the offense...if you really did do this, I'd have you shot right after the trial, but then again I don't run the court system here in the great US of A.
Hopefully you will be deported. I know that American's would get into a lot of trouble, so what would make you any different? The US government needs to stop giving so much slack to immigrants to keep racial groups off their backs.
I sure hope so
I certainly hope so. After jail you mean? I understand El Salvador's TPS status runs out this summer, so if that is your country it shouldn't be an issue.
If you are in the US on a visa or you are legally here but never got around to getting your citizenship, Felonys that include drug charges are reasons to be deported. If you got your citizenship first you would be ok. You would just have to serve the time for the drug charge. You may have to serve the time for the drug charge then be released directly to INS. They would have a hearing and most likely you would be deported.
