Alienwaltz you are not very intelligent. Here you are trying to make yourself look like your all sweet and nice and on another question someone asked in immigration, you are threatening Americans with a takeover by the hispanic community. If that isn't racist, I don't know what is.
The incident with the hispanic committing a crime does not in and of itself speak to racism. As has already been said there isn't a known reason for the act therefore we can't jump to conclusions. As for the statement about minorities not being racist, that is pure bullsh*t. As a senior in highschool, I was jumped one night by six mexicans who called me several different names with the nicest one being "puta gringo". I am not a small individual and know how to defend myself and so the end result was that 2 of them went to the hospital and I went home. If minorities aren't racist, then why do they have so many names for us like "cracker, honky, white boy, whitey", and this list goes on but, I wont.
One last comment there was mention of two incidents of police shooting an innocent Iraq veteran and border patrol shooting an innocent border jumper. If my memory serves me correctly, those people weren't exactly innocent. but, how many people think Rodney King was an innocent man? Don't misquote me, I think it was wrong what happened to him but, why were the police even there with him that night. I don't believe they just showed up as he was walking on his way to mass or to volunteer at the local food bank.

You cant jsut look at a scenario and decide its a hate crime it has to be directly about race, Most minorities dont descriminate against otehrs becasue they know how it feels.The majority of white people havent had to endure a day of racist jokes(really how many white jokes are there versus black jokes?) adn have always had things handed to them. .IF the "disabled"(which for alot of white people just translates to rather get checks for nothing)man was attacked BECAUSE OF HIS RACE and RACIAL COMMENTS were made it will be filed as a hate crime in teh courts....
