If the USA was a dictatorship and you were dictator what would you do with illegal immigrants?

1. Illegals will all go to jail for entering illegally because they HAVE committed a crime. When in jail they will be briefed on the correct process to gain citizenship or residency but they have to wait a year because of their illegal attempt. (After 3 illegal crossings you can not apply)
2. Give heavy fines to those employing illegal immigrants.
3.A. All students have to show proof they are legal citizens. Illegal students can attend school if they attain permission. (Permission is granted only in special circumstances) The Mexican consulate or Mexican government has to provide or fund translators because classes will be in English.
B. School who willingly provide English language class have to provide classes to those who want to learn Spanish.
C. U.S. students are strongly encouraged to learn Spanish or French when they begin school up until high school at that point language classes are optional (unless required by school district)
4. Those who attend college and stay after their visas have expired will have their college degrees invalidated until they reenter the U.S. legally
5. If you enter the U,S; illegally you HAVE committed a crime and your child will not automatically become a U.S citizen.

There is nothing good involved in dreaming of or wishing for any dictatorship. I wish that those who you call illegal immigrants would benefit more from our consideration of their humanity. I would make them all citizens, if I could.

I would:
1. secure the borders and coastlines
2. recognize about 1 or 2 million illegals who are proving their interests in staying and assimilating, those who own homes, own businesses, pay taxes, etc.
2a. We shouldn't punish these people because we lacked the will to enforce our laws. They circumvented our laws, because they would do anything to stay, those are the kind of immigrants we need.
3. That group could be eligible for naturalization, behind the legal immigrants.
4. As for the rest, I'd deport criminals from our prisons, give the rest a work program, or deport them and their families.
Round them up and send them all back. Build a big wall with armed guards.
Ship them back. there destroying the U.S
Why are illegal immigrants so bad? Yes, they committed a crime, but only because they a) want to have a better life and b) be more like us Americans. Is that necessarily wrong? They're not screwing up our economy; they're doing the jobs us Americans don't want to do (i.e. garbage man, janitor, menial jobs, etc.). I just don't understand the hate. Is it because of their race? Because most Americans are afraid? Why can't we have one world, not three? Thank you.
