It isn't illegal but you need a prescription to obtain benzocaine products. It's a numbing agent; docors and dentists use it to numb an area before an injection. It's just a stronger version of Orajel. It could be illegal if you are using it for something other than what it was prescribed for but that would be the same thing as "huffing". I don't even think a person could get high or hurt anyone with it. So no, it's not illegal in he general sense, it depends on what you are using it for. Good times
No it's not.... I'm positive if someone found you with it they are not going to think it's benzocaine though, it's used in eveyrthing from first aid creams to condoms.
