If my life was so miserable and poor, I wouldn't keep having children I could not afford.
I wouldn't be here illegally, I would try to make my country better
I would be devastated and worried about my children... and to those who talk about being in a country legally, let us not forget that the majority of us are here because our ancestors were immigrants looking for a better life for their children...
I won't save the world at a cost to myself and my fellow Americans.
We could give ALL of our hard-earned dollars to the lesser off in this world and all that would do is knock us down to their level, not bring them up to ours.
I would feel ashamed and cowardly at having left my children to go and break a bunch of laws in another country instead of staying home and trying to make things better. Deserters leave because they have no moral courage.
I would hire an immigration attorney to find out how I could become legal, and bring my family legally into the US.

I would have the cojones to protest and overthrow my corrupt government instead of leaching off my neighbor.
I would feel horribly ashamed and disgusted with myself for leaving them.
I'd feel like I should go back to my country of legal residence and work my hardest to change my situation... l-e-g-a-l-l-y.
I surely would not feel that comfortable working illegally to support my family, but, I understand that it is tuff for some families to make ends meet so, sometimes one has to do what has to be done just to survive.
Why is everybody hating on this question? All the answers that say, "I'd be ashamed because I'm a cowardly leech to a country that doesn't want me" or something similar, get thumbs-ups.
I know they're doing it illegally, but can't you guys realize that they are people too? They have the same wants and needs, and they want their children to grow up having what you all had. Is that so bad?
At least they're trying to better their lives, instead of spending their time putting people down.
I could never abandon my child so I wouldn't be in that situation.

We welcome anyone who comes legally, temporary or permanent.
Whether they mean us harm or not, we are susceptible to diseases that have long been history in America. It is happening right now. If they enter legally, they are required to take a physical and immunizations. It is to protect us and they, too, benefit.
It is not cruel or selfish to protect ones self and country. Canada does not let people come at will, neither does Japan, Spain, Iraq, Iran, Germany, France,,,, and most deal with those who break this law very harshly.
I wouldn't leave my children behind anywhere. I'd stay home with them.
Don't try to play the sympathy card of divided families. They made a choice to enter our nation illegally. We did not separate them, they did that. They can rejoin each other, in their own countries.

How would you feel if I moved into your house without your permission, ate out of your refrigerator, slept on your couch, wrote checks out of your checkbook and didn't contribute to any of your household expenses?
Seeing as how I wasn't invited and probably had to bust your lock on your front door to get in, wouldn't you call the police to have me removed?
How would you feel if the police told you that, although I gained entry illegally, they couldn't do anything for you now that I was in your house? Further, what if the police told you that because I was already in your house and living off of you, now I had the right to move my family in with me? Moreover, once they got here, you are obligated to feed, clothe, house and educate all of us?
How about giving me an allowance so I can afford their transportation here?
Wouldn't that hack you off just a little?
Instead of coming here do something to improve your own country. I for one am not willing to allow ppl to come here illegally from another country and live off of the backs of those who built this country on sweat and tears. Why the hell would we want ppl from countries where they have done nothing to improve their own country, to come here and do the same damn thing.
Take Mexico, 150 years ago the us and Mexico got into a bit of a war. The US bought the part of Mexico they were fighting over. Now what have they done to grow there country?Besides making resorts for tourist? Not much else. The ppl have not demanded that the government do anything to make life better for the ppl. They are not creating jobs/company's to keep up with the growing population. And would probably prefer for their ppl to invade America than to stand up and fight.
And now they want these criminals to become citizens? Why? They are sending a majority of their earnings back to Mexico to provide for the family there. Not good for our economy! Not paying their taxes. great! Oh yeah, and committing more crimes here other than just being illegal. Drunk driving, murder, rape, identity theft, etc. etc. etc.
So yeah let everyone come here illegally what the hell it's only our country. It's only our kids suffering from lower education standards because of over crowding do to illegal children. It's only that poor old woman who is on SS who is told she cant have her benefits any longer because she is "working" (victim of id theft). It's only the mother and father who bury there you daughter from an illegal drunk driver with priors. It's only 20 million+ ppl to add to our population. It's only_____.

I wouldn't of been a screw up.
I would of taken advantage of the education I have been given, and gained as much knowledge as I could, and become a doctor or something I like that makes good pay.
I wouldn't of let my family or friends put me down, I wouldn't of slacked off and put it off to someday, I would of taken advantage of what my country has given me and used it, to make me a better person, and my family strong and healthy in the future.
Not waste all the opportunities away, and come to a now destroyed country and call us "white bitches" and rape us, and double our crime.
