USA waivers to enter the US. Valid for how long?
This year, just got denied entry when they did a search and found a theft charge from when I was like 18 years old.
This was more than 22 years ago and they actually denied me entry.
Told me I had to fill out forms i-192 & g-325-a and apply for a USA Waiver ( NOT A Visa ) to enter the USA from now on as I'm Canadian.
So, my question is, once approved, how long are they valid for? There is no indication of length of validity on the uscis.gov website that I can find.
Answer:
A visa waiver is used by some countries to allow people to enter the states for a 90 day period. You usually sign it on the plane, and hand it over with your passport. It gives you no rights and you can not work on it.
