When the United States becomes a give and take of Catholics and Muslims, will Protestants begin to have kids?

Birth rates go up and down. Look at America's birth-trends over the last 150 years; and you'll see that the births have had highs and lows and middles. Nothing is permanent, including today's birth-rates of European-Protestants and, yes, European-Catholics (their birth-rates are similar).
And America will eventually do something about illegal immigration, so you won't have to worry about Hispanic-Catholics or Muslims out-breeding us.
4 out of 9 adult-age Hispanics are here illegally, (this was in 2004, so the numbers have probably gone up). I'm not sure what the rates for Muslims are.
