What do i do if refused entry to the USA?
I am visitig NY for a 9 day holiday.

If you are refused entry because of your illegal activity than you have only one option, legally, go home.
Go home.
Go through Mexico and up into here, no one is watching that place
Change your plans, and go back home.
Ahh, it's iffy. There's really not much you can do. I would say, if you don't want to make any matters worse for yourself, just do everything they want, and tell the truth.
Guess you'll have to spend your holiday someplace else.

No matter what route you try, the recent arrest and "case pending" is going to throw a wrench in the process every time. You best bet would be to go home, re-work your case, let some time pass, definitely keep in contact with the US embassy in the UK (they can probably help you a lot), and try again later when there isn't so much against you.

ask them to arrest you and leave you on parol, to ove about for 9 days and go back home.
That is too bad. I quess you have to take care of your case before you can enter the US.
