How can I get to work and Study in England (Leeds)? from South Africa.?

I need work in leeds, it can be @ call centre, Insurance company Or Telecommunication company & I want to study at Leeds College of Technology for I.T course. please some one help me i am currently working in govermrnt in South Arica but i want to relocate.
