Being contigious to the United States simply facilitates illegal immigration, it does not excuse it. What I don't understand is why ICE doesn't station a lookout at the various gathering places of the day laborers and start writing down company names, phone numbers (a lot of them make this very convenient by having it painted on their trucks) and license plate numbers. Now, it is a simple matter of passing the information to the IRS for appropriate action. Soon, the employment sources begin to dry up and the money stops flowing back to Mexico. Word gets back to Mexico that sneaking over the border is a losing proposition and the illegal immigration stops. If the people who are here illegally can't find work, they'll have little choice but to return to their home countries.
YES. We sneak money out to pay the drug kingpins in Mexico,and we send our jobs there to earn more profit at their expense. The cheap products we buy "Made in Mexico" were likely made by the sweatshop labor of someone who earns a hundredth of what the average american earns.they can't even afford to buy these products they produce.

no it's not, if my next door neighbor kept sneaking over to my backyard to use my outside water spigot to water their garden, i would call the police, sign a complaint and have them arrested. it's kind of the same thing. illegal immigrants should be arrested, prosecuted and sent back to use their own spigot to water their garden.
