there is intelligent discourse going on there, i periodically participate. many of the users are bilingual, but they want to ask questions without immediately being bashed by those that are fixated on whatever their crazy dumb convictions may be.
i am a LEGAL immigrant from Canada, and frankly, it makes me livid that these people think they are better than the law. I had to do it legally, why should these "undocumented" people not have to? We call them illegal for a reason.

It is insulting when you use the term "undocumented." Use the correct term - illegal alien criminal! Undocumented sounds like they have done nothing wrong and that they only MISPLACED a piece of paper. They are criminals because they broke the law!
I don't really care where they post things on Yahoo, as long as they stick to English on the English only area. I get really pissed off when people start yakking in Spanish on the English only area - that's breaking the rules!

most are vulgar and rude and racist.. im not saying all but most.. they dont care about our country they just abuse our resources and us... sure some come for a better life but if you respect us respect our laws and become legal.. its sad when i cant walk into walmart without a group FOLLOWING ME and pointing, whispering, laughing, and speaking spanish... this year i took my first course in spanish.. it has helped me soooo much and at least now i can defend my honor against them... it hurts..

Just because they are undocumented does not mean that they speak no English.A person can not be illegal,why don't we call kids who watch porn illegals or people who live on the streets or people who are in jail or anybody who breaks any stupid rule illegal,no only the non-English speaking(aka latin americans),filthy,job stealing evil people.I mean its a blatantly racist statement to say that A)undocumented people speak no English B)are illegal.Think about it!No English!Who speaks anything but English besides Latinos whether they be Mexican,El Salvadorean,Chilean,or any other Latin American country.To say illegal is just to group them all and to say that they deserve that term because the are worse than all the child molesters,murderers,rapists and all other criminals because they crossed an imaginary line.Bravo America!What a great job you've done of ensuring "Justice and Liberty FOR ALL"

It's quite simple to answer your question. You ask if "someone who watched porn" are called illegals? No they are not cause watching pornography in the United States is not against the law. Are "people who are in jail" called illegals? No they are not because the crime they commited is in the past. They are no longer breaking the law that put them in jail. Are "people who live on the streets" called illegals? No they are not because homelessness is not against the law in the United States of America. Is anyone "who breaks any stupid rule" called an illegal? Well that all depends on what law they are breaking. If it is from crossing the border into the United States illegally and they remain then yes they are called illegals. The reason is as long as they are on the sovereign property of the United States every minute they are here they are continually breaking the law therefore an illegal. It is not a label nor a statement. Simply a title. Much like a child molester. A murderer. A bank robber. You get the picture don't you?
