Information on traveling visa?
family and himself to visit America, but i what do i need to do to
obtain a traveling visa and also, he is a low-income family, is ere
like a law on that, tat they need to wait longer?? and how
long does it usually take to get a traveling visa and the
cost??

Okay first of all, visit US immigration website to find out what materials needed to get visa. I know that applicants need financial proof, bank statement, passport photos and other materials. They will need to fill out B1 or B2 travel visa application. Importantly, you can send them an invitation letter stating that you are inviting your brother and his family to the US. Finally, if they are low income, but succeed to prove that they have enough money in their bank account to cover their expenses that will be occuring during the travel, they will have more chance of getting the visa. But, if they are low income and don't have enough money in their account to cover the expense, their visa surely will be denied. My friend's mother who wanted to come into US for travel showed a bank statement with amount of $10,000 and was denied a visa. There will be no delays or waiting longer for those low income family. Everyone gets the same treatment! I am from US, so I don't have personal experience, but I have advised many immigrants on such matter
