Will they find a loop hole and not deport them?
Answer:
Deport...no..Buy they like to say they're doing something..Sad
Who? who? our leader?
If you are expecting mass deportations, that is not going to happen. They claim that will be too costly, and they can't find them. Yet they said we will issue them ID cards. How were they going to find them to do that?
No. The tide has turned. Americans have said no to amnesty. Deportations have already been going on. Homeland Security has deported over 200,000 illegals over the past year.
The focus will be on enforcement of laws against employers that hire illegals. That will in turn have an impact on those that decide to go back to mexico.
There will not be a mass deportation if that's what you're thinking. It's not even a matter of a loophole. There have been laws on the books for years that our government has completely ignored. That is why the illegal situtation is as bad as it is now.
If local law enforcement would be allowed to do their jobs and enforce CURRENT law, if welfare were denied to all illegals, if businesses hiring illegals were severely punished (or even punished at all, the problem would correct itself without further legislation.
I hope so
It's called Bush and Cheny don't know what part of government they are in for refusing to cooperate in investigations, asserting excutive priviledges they don't have, even asserting they are not part of the government but autonomous and above the law, and of course that they don't have to follow or enforce any laws of this or any international statutes!
The loop hole is their bung holes. We elected them so they don't have to do anything for us they don't want to.
And there is the problem.
Go to Chinese buffet, they are all illegal.
They will find many religious lobbyists and not deport them...cost?
I don't know that, Butchy, instead.
