Contact INS and report her, she married you under false pretenses. Also get a lawyer and talk to them about all of this. You may be able to get the marriage annulled since all she was after was to become a citizen, false pretenses. Plus you have been separated since2005, she was suppose to be with you for the entire time and that wasn't and didn't happen. I'm sure that you have some thing showing how long you have been living were you are, and that she hasn't been living with you. IRS, tax information, telephone records, your lease from your landlord you have some thing that will show, you just need to pick your brain and think.
Here is some thing else that you can do if she lives around the area as you do, or is near enough. Buy a small tape recorder put it in your pocket, tell her that you have some things that you 'd like to speak with her about. Make sure that you test it out in the pocket that you are going to use, make sure all of it can be heard. Have her meet you at a park, some place out side. Make sure the tape recorder is on when you are going to talk with her. Get her to admit some of this stuff, like the fact that she just wanted a green card. That she didn't want to be married to you. That she is going to blackmail you. You can tape record her out side, in the great out doors and it is legal.
It's legal because when we are out side we have no right to expect what we say is private, that is the law. It is different if you are in her home, she has the right to expect privacy there because it is her home. Then it would be illegal. But it isn't when it is outside, it is totally legal for you to tape her and get all the dirt on her that you can get her to talk about. You will have to be very sneeky though to get her to admit it, just be really relaxed. You need to make it look real, like if you normally get mad at her when she says these things, then get mad while taping her. You don't want her to know.
You have rights, you better get busy using them asap! Since you have not been with her the marriage is a sham, you don't want to get into trouble because you didn't report this. Do it ASAP!!!

Right there is your proof, show them bills, and such that have your address on them. When the INS asks her for proof she won't have any thing showing your address on it. Just do not share this simple but rather large fact with her, you need the element of surprise. You don't want her to find a way of showing your address on some kind of identification. lol

file for an annulment and state that she was deceiving you just to get her green card...was the marriage ever "real" if so talk to a lawyer.
Go tell immigration that it you got tricked into marrying her. You will not be charged if you volunteer the information. Do it quickly!
