This is one reason I don't go to church. Churches promote what they want promoted and demonize whatever they disapprove of regardless of what the Bible says. If they really wanted to help illegals they would tell them the truth (stealing and lying are wrong, for example) and offer to help them in their home countries. Not teach them how to disobey the laws and take advantage of our citizens.
Sorry, I couldn't read it all. It makes me sick. If they are here illegally, they shouldn't have ANY rights.

Very few in Washington will ever enforce our laws, its all about big business, and votes.
I think it is both wrong in the immoral sense and wrong in the inaccurate sense.
Foreign nationals have to prove their right to be here just as drivers have to show their license to drive if asked by the appropriate authority.

Without question that Gloria Curiel should be charged with aiding and abetting illegal activity. In a better time she would have also been charged with treason.
We should ensure that our legislators enforce the laws that they have passed. One way to do that is to take $12 million to $20 million away from them in salary and benefits --$1.00 for every illegal immigrant that resides illegally in the USA. Once they are faced with losing money for not doing their jobs, maybe they'll realize that we citizens are serious!
Back to the article and your question. Illegal immigrants and American Citizens -- neither have to answer any questions for police. If you're driving your car, technically, you do not have to produce a driver's license or any other form of identification but if you fail, you will be arrested. Once arrested, if you fail to give your name, address, or any other information, how do you get a lawyer? American Citizens believe the law is supposed to work for them and protect them. Illegal immigrants believe the law is theirs to break and that we can't touch them. I believe immigration reform should include a requirement that a proper identification should be required to be provided whenever an arrest is made and that the fifth amendment should not even remotely come into play until that requirement is met. If a person refuses to provide identification, they should be treated as indigents and arrested for trespass and loitering and placed in jail. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. If they can't provide identification and they have a limited knowledge of English, then arrest them as enemy combatants and try them as spies.
Churches that allow encouragement to people to break the law are not only violating US law but Bible Law as well. (God's Law). Remember when Jesus said, "Give unto Caesar what is Caesar's and give unto God what is God's". He was talking about taxes and laws. The church is violating both and should lose its tax exempt status. The elders of the church, the pastor or priests of the church and all those parishioners who support illegal actions should be arrested for harboring fugitives, aiding and abetting illegal acts and promoting subversive activities. They, too, should be tried as enemy combatants and spies.
It's time to get tough on lawbreakers. All lawyers who advise illegal immigrants to break the law should be disbarred and all lawyers who are children of illegal immigrants and all public officers who are supposed to be loyal to the USA and uphold the laws of the land should be stripped of their citizenship and tried for treason and subversive activities.
Well like it or not, they do have rights, not only citizens have the right to be treated like human beings. What's your problem with this?? They are called RIGHTS. Everybody has a right to keep silent if they wish, what is wrong with you people?? You guys are mad that they are informed of the rights that they have? Just because somebody is illegal does not give anybody permission to treat them like animals.
