Want to help a friend out.?
Answer:
There is no cheap or quick way.
He should return home, apply legally for status.
I hope he is committed to being a good parent and means of support for the child. And prepared to set a good example for his child by doing this the legal way.
She can forget about child support when he finally leaves her for 14 year old. We can't chase child support from a person who will eventually steal somebody's i.d. and use it to work here because he won't be able to his work i.d. number once his visa expires.
He is committed enough to her to have a baby with her but not committed enough to marry her?! That makes no sense. A baby doesn't grant immediate right to be here. If he overstays his work visa he becomes illegal. Their only hope is to get married then he has a long road ahead of him to become legal. I'm still feeling sorry for your friend having a baby with someone who doesn't love her enough to marry her. God help her. It's hard enough with 2 committed, married parents.
He should go home and she should have better sense than to open her legs for a criminal. Sorry if that sounds harsh but i'm real sick of traitors and people shitting on my country.
