Different rules for different people as far as immigration-london?

I had my right of abode application refused & my brothers was granted using the same documents? Does the law not apply equally? Can i sue for been treated differently?Any help is appreciated

There must have been a reason. I dont think at least I hope you cant sue your way into any country .
