The type of jobs that are outsourced (and I think you mean offshored) and the jobs that immigrants take are entirely different types of occupations.
When jobs are outsourced it's usually because companies can save a lot of money by hiring employees for a fraction of the salaries they paid in America. Therefore, immigrants will still come to America looking for better paying jobs.
How do you outsource a restaurant job?

if there are no jobs in teh us then yes immigrants won't come here including the smart ones who usually become docs for us out here and are basically the driving force for the technology. the Indian pop. for example is 100% literate out here and has approx. 400,000 docs other are scientists...there are asian scientists and engineers who are keepin us, the US upfront in the world technology, so if u say we take away ALL the jobs, ur jepordizing our nations's economy and overall standard of living. I would say study hard, and i know ur no less smarter than anyone else to get any job out there.
