Most American companies, and even colleges/universities, are not racist. In fact, they are the complete opposite! They go out of their way to recruit and accommodate a more diverse group of people, even if these candidates are not the most qualified.
One of the absolute worst things a company wants to be accused of is practicing racism. No one wants to be affiliated with a racist company so if a company is deemed to be racist, they will lose profit and business. That's not smart business practice.

Society as whole, including public schools, universities and businesses bend over backwards to accommodate minorities at the expense of ordinary American citizens. This is why such a large amount of the Latin population in the United States fails to assimilate or even have interest in learning the English language You need to be smacked, with your feel sorry for me attitude. Get a grip and go somewhere else where it is all Latinos, like Mexico. Then you will witness real discrimination against Latinos, by Latinos- without being afforded free healthcare benefits paid for by American tax money.

When I filed helping Filipinos file an EEO complaint I found out that racist employers go out of their way to hire immigrants. Racist don't hate the presence of other groups, they love to see other races as long as they serve them. They go out of their way to hire Filipinos, because in their culture they don't fight back. They believe the boss is the law. When I asked them to testify, only a couple of those who are Americanized were willing to speak, the rest backed down. Racist love the hire immigrants , because they can abuse them and are less likely to see the consequences of the law, becaue many of them come from countries where they can die speaking against the boss. Illegal immigrants are a racist dream. They can hire them and abuse them, and if the illegal immigrants speak out, the racist can have them deported .

Another way you can tell you are a racist is when you try to justify and rationalize behavior that YOU KNOW is illegal and then pull the race card when Americans chose to defend what if rightfully theirs to defend.
You pull the race card when you know you are wrong and there is no other way to explain away your illegal behavior...then you begin to make up stories like Aztlan and try to pass that off as your right to criminally invade the USA.
Or you can tell you are a racist if you go by the names: MEXICAN BANDIDO, HOMBRE, MACHOMAN, ALL AMERICAN, etc.
