How can i get a green card or citizenship for my wife?

I am a US citizen and my wife is german. I was in the military and we moved to the states. The military was suposed to do everything but they didn't. Years have past and still nothing. She has a SSN and used to have a green card. This green card was with her first husband, also military. Please help me, I have no idea where to go.

Answer:
If she had a green card with her first husband and she never turned it in or gave it up, then she should be able to apply for citizenship. If she gave it up, you will have to start from scratch and apply for her.
You will need to send in an I-130 form applying for her. Since you are a US citizen, this process should take about 6 months. Then she can apply for an adjustment of status.
if you are in the service now go to your commander and talk with him he can point you to the right place inside the military but you can call the immigrantion department in a major city and apply for citizenship there.
