Illegals are getting money for collage and other funding right?
Now, FAFSA and student loans only go so far...what it doesnt cover...the student or the parents must. In my situation, its on me. So, my question is, why are the American people being left out to dry, while the illegals are bathing in the pools of our educational system, as well as our federal money meet to help the American people?

I don't know...I worked two jobs to get two degrees and now I am going to grad school using student loans. I have never been able to get grants or anything.
The government already gives enough grants away to minorities which is good as long as they are real citizens...then again, in order for illegals to get aid filling out a FASFA they need all kinds of things including SS number and maybe parent's records depending on their independent/dependent status.
The "regular" American people are always left out to dry anymore. I'd be da*n if illegals go to school for free when legal average Americans work their a** to earn what they receive.
Then were called "lazy" by a bunch of people who's opinions shouldn't be heard or mean a da*n thing to us? What is happening here?
The US does not seem to realize that there are millions of their own people trying to get by with hardly no middle class anymore. What about us?

That's not exactly the case. A student must still earn the grades needed to be admitted and receive funding.
Why aren't you asking why the gov't isn't taking a more proactive role in education? Why aren't we a grants based system? Why is higher ed so expensive? You can't blame illegals for that.

why? That is a question that has been across a lot of American minds. Yes in some states and cities they are getting more help then we are in all things. Call your sentor and your house reps and conplaim because more problem will take place when that immigrant bill is passed.

But yes I agree with you. My brother is in college and my family has to support him while a foreign national, a boy from hong kong who is actually really wealthy, is getting free college. Not only that, but many illegals are also getting free college.
The purpose of a republican government is to provide for its citizens not the people who just happen to be in this country.

I believe that it started with affirmative action. Americans and especially white americans have no rights when it comes to minorities. Even the criminals in this country have more rights than law abiding citizens do. This country has gotten its priorities backwards.
