i married my husband in india, and i have filed the form !-130 and the G325. so now all i am doing is waiting for them (immigration) to tell me what to do next. i want to know has anyone had any difficultlies bringing their spouses over from india? i didnt file any paper work while in india, instead my husband and i decided for me to come back and file the paper work here. the only thing filed in india is our marriage certificate and that is filed with the local indian govt of his town.

First, are you a citizen of the United States? If so, you have to be patient. The process can take up to a year.
If you are just a permanent resident you'll need to be real patient as the wait for a visa is just over 5 years.
The only people who have trouble are people who get married for the purpose of providing an immigration benefit and not a legitimate marriage.
I am assuming you are coming to the US.
ICE is very slow these days, so just be patient. It is usually a simple process.
