Can I get a Mexican passport?
Answer:
if you give up your US citizenship and become a Mexican citizen
Not unless you're a Mexican citizen.
Not likely.
You want a passport from mexico?
If you were not born in mexico you cant.
dont need one... heck the border is open...
you can get a passport to go to mexico, but i dont know why you would want one from mexico to go other places?
That's a no-no ..
yes, give up your american citizenship.
Sorry, but no. You would have to be born in Mexico to get a Mexican passport. My husband is Mexican born and now a U.S. citizen, he got an American Passport and then got a Mexican passport. I'm not sure why you would want a Mexican passport?
You dont need one, just go
YES. Ignore the imbeciles and inbreds telling you otherwise. All you need to do is bring a copy of either or both of your parents Certified Birth Certificates, 2 copies of YOUR Birth Certificate along with the original , 2 copies of of 2 photo IDs for you (Drivers Lic & US Passport do fine) and the originals & about 6 passport type photos of yourself. Then go to the nearest Mexican consolate and apply for your passport at the same time you apply for your Mexican Citizenship.
Once you get your Mexican passport you can use it to go anywhere you want but you have to use the SAME passport to reenter the country you departed from. ie If you leave the United States on your Mexican passport you must RETURN to the United States on the same one. The same works for entering another country. If you enter say, Germany as a Mexican, they don't want you leaving as an American.
