Question...?
Answer:
well first at all i want to let u know that most of the people who come to this site really know little about the immigration laws ... coft coft they actually do not have idea about how hard it is to come legally as some of us do know and will tell anyone why don't u come legally with out actually knowing the process ... so the best thing u can do is to actually go and see an immigration lawyer ... however i will tell u what i have heard about this particular situation from some friends :
well as far as i know it is better from an immigration stand point if u get married here , then u petition him here and wait till they give u a date for an interview ( took two years for a friend ) ... in the interview they will let u know what is it that u need to do and if he is undocumented then he may be required to leave and to wait for a final response in Brazil for about a year or so as far as i know ( this actually took 6 month for my friend ) ...
note : well i just want to make clear that i am not an immigration lawyer so u need to confirm all i said with a person which actually is . good luck to u
Where do you intend on living?
If you marry him in the US I think he can get his citizenship.
You may want to check the immigration laws in Brazil before you make your decision.
you need to call and talk to both country's about this. good luck and be happy.
Answer!
Go there. You deserve to live in a third world country with your third world boyfriend and you third world babies.
Jeez! The intelligence level at this forum drops lower and lower as the days go by!
And I mean that in the most respectful way possible.
Call the closest Brazillian embassy, and then call INS and compare the answers you get.
Good luck, Long Life, and Congratulations.
Where do you live now ? The best way to do it is to file a I-129 for him so he can get a fiancee visa.Once he comes here, you have three months to get married. The I-129 costs 175usd to file.If you get married in Brazil you would have to do an I-130 (185 usd), and it could take three years just for him to get here.
If he is here get married here and do all his paperwork here as well.
You will marry in America anyway because Brazil is in America.
Take a look in the map of America

Edit
I know you live in North America, what's the point?
it's best if you call an immigration on both country's. lawyers want to charge a fee just for giving advice.
